Private 1–2–1 sound healing to support deep release & nervous system regulation. Led by Nicky (Level 3 trained & trauma-informed). If you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted or not quite like yourself, this is your space to rebalance. Relax into a heated crystal-infused mat as Nicky creates a calm, grounded space where your body can let go & come back to yourself.
