Full Moon Sound Bath 🌕✨

Let’s gather back in the cocoon for another beautiful sound bath, this time under the potent energy of the Full Corn Moon and total lunar eclipse. The full moon is a powerful time for emotional release and reflection. As the lunar energy peaks, so too can our thoughts, stress, and overwhelm.

We’ll open as usual with with a cup of heart-opening ritual cacao, before drifting into the soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls and elemental chimes to help you release what no longer serves.

Once the sound bath is over, and to keep the good vibes flowing, you’ll be invited to draw a moon card. A small, soulful nudge to remind you what the universe wants you to know.
