About the event
There's a particular kind of quiet that arrives when the moon disappears from the sky. And that's the quiet I'm inviting you into. Lie back, breathe, and let the sound of crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes pour over and through you, note by note untangling the knots that life leaves us with.
This is sound as medicine for the nervous system: deep, resonant tones that reach past busy thoughts and straight into the body, coaxing tight shoulders to drop and a racing mind to finally, gently, stop racing.
You don't have to do anything. Just lie down and let the sound waves work on you.
The New Moon lends the evening its own kind of magic; nature's blank page, a nudge to rest and begin again. And with this one of our last sound baths before the Christmas break, it's the perfect place to properly exhale before the festive…
