We’ll begin with 30 minutes of guided meditative dance; a grounding, heart-opening movement practice set to tribal and soulful beats. You’ll be guided to move intuitively, releasing stagnation and awakening your energy before sinking into deep rest.

Then, melt into a New Moon sound bath with crystal singing bowls and elemental chimes. To help you drop even deeper, you’ll be offered ritual cacao and Trip CBD and mushroom edibles; gentle plant allies to soften the mind and open the heart.
