N16 November Sound Bath

The Beaver Moon is almost at her fullest, just two nights from her peak, and we're gathering to feel her pull. Crystal bowls, gong and chime will wash over the room in waves, sound moving through the body the way moonlight moves through water - reaching the nervous system directly, easing it out of its usual state of alert and into something softer, safer, slower.

Expect unclenched shoulders, a slower heartbeat, and that particular stillness that only arrives when the body finally feels held enough to let go.

This is our last Hackney sound bath before we break for Christmas - the final chance this year to rest, rebalance and ready yourself before the festive season takes over.
