Summer Sound Bath

Sound baths are one of the oldest forms of healing. A practice of deep listening that asks nothing of you except to lie down and receive. Crystal singing bowls, elemental chimes and a gentle gong (this is not a loud gong ceremony) are played around and above you, their frequencies shifting the body from a state of doing into one of simply being so that you can heal, replenish and restore.

The days around a Full Moon are potent ones. They're a natural invitation to release what no longer serves and arrive more fully in yourself. This session is both a celebration and a surrender and we will invite any goddesses, spirit guides or ancestors to guide our journey.
