About the event
As the nights draw in and the run-up to Christmas starts to hum with things to do, this sound bath is your invitation to switch all of that off. Come and lie beneath waves of crystal bowl, gong and chime as the sound moves through your body like warm water - softening tension you didn't know you were holding, and coaxing your whole system into rest.
There's real magic in doing absolutely nothing: no thinking, no fixing, just receiving. By the time the last note fades, you'll feel steadier than when you walked in, lighter, brighter, more you.
This is our last visit to Huxlow before we pause for Christmas, so treat it as a proper reset; a chance to rest and rebalance before the festive season takes over.
Wear something soft and cosy, and let the studio, the sound, and the season do the rest.
