Harmony and Stillness Sound Bath 🌕✨
This evening will begin with a herbal tea. Then we'll transition into a soothing sound journey, featuring crystal singing bowls, elemental chimes and a guided visualistion.
Nestled in a beautifully curated space with soft lighting, cosy blankets, lavendar eye pillows and velvet cushions you'll feel supported and safe, so you can slip into a state of deep restoration. Whether you're looking for relaxation or a deeper emotional rebalance, you will leave feeling renewed and reconnected with yourself.
Unfortunately, sound baths are not suitable for individuals with serious heart conditions, pacemakers or anyone prone to seizures. They're also not suitable for women in their first trimester of pregnancy as the frequencies of the bowls can interfere with these conditions. If you have any of these conditions consult a healthcare professional before attending.
