Join me on 13th February at Hackney Showroom for a heart-opening crystal sound bath. We'll begin with a cup of heart-warming cacao, a beautiful ritual to open your heart and set your intentions. Then, sink into the soothing vibrations of a crystal sound bath - designed to help you reconnect, restore, and recharge. Come on your own, with a friend or someone you love.
