Full Moon Sound Bath - The Harvest Moon

The Harvest Moon is coming. The brightest, most generous light of the whole lunar year, so named because it once lit the fields long enough for the last crops to be gathered in. She hangs low and golden, holding us in that rare, suspended moment when the Wheel of the Year turns: the equinox has just passed, day and night resting in perfect balance, and the light begins its slow bow toward the dark half of the year.

This is Mabon energy at its heart, the second harvest, the pause of gratitude before the descent into autumn. A moment to ask, gently: what have I grown this year, and what am I ready to gather in?
