Full Moon Sound Bath 🌕✨
The full moon is a powerful time for emotional release and reflection. As the lunar energy peaks, so too can our thoughts, stress, and overwhelm. This immersive sound journey offers a chance to pause, breathe, and soften—to come back to yourself.
You’ll be guided into stillness with the soothing tones of crystal bowls, allowing your nervous system to reset and your body to deeply rest. The session opens with a grounding cup of Ritual Cacao, to gently awaken the heart and prepare you for this lunar ritual.
Expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more in tune with yourself.
Unfortunately, sound baths are not suitable for individuals with serious heart conditions, pacemakers or anyone prone to seizures. They're also not suitable for women in their first trimester of pregnancy as the frequencies of the bowls can interfere with these conditions. If you have any of these conditions…
