What to Expect
Opening Circle: We'll begin with a moment to reflect on how you're feeling and how you'd like to feel.
Heart-Opening Yoga: Alice will lead a gentle, accessible yoga session, perfect for all levels, designed to open the heart and reconnect you with your body.
Calming Breath work: Alice will guide you through some restorative breathing techniques to further ground you in your body.
