We’ll begin with a heart-opening cup of Ritual Cacao, before you’re guided into deep rest through a soothing sound bath. The healing tones of crystal singing bowls and elemental wind chimes will support your nervous system, balance your energy, and help you reconnect with your natural rhythm.

What to bring: Please wear something cosy and comfortable, and bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion and eye mask - anything to help you fully relax.
