Chloe Goodman Full Moon Sound Bath

Expect soothing frequencies, grounding energy, and space to fully unwind under July's Full Moon.

Sound baths are one of the oldest forms of healing. A practice of deep listening that asks nothing of you except to lie down and receive. Crystal singing bowls, elemental chimes and a gentle gong (this is not a loud gong ceremony) are played around and above you, their frequencies shifting the body from a state of doing into one of simply being so that you can heal, replenish and restore.

This is the perfect way to restore and rebalance yourself; reducing stress, tension, pain, anxiety and stress.

What to expect

• I’ll bring mats, blankets, and cushions – but if you want to be extra cosy, feel free to bring your own favourite blanket, cushion, or warm layer.
