Through resonance, sound meets the natural frequencies of your body, helping to release held tension. Through entrainment, your brainwaves gently synchronise with steady rhythms, guiding you into deep states of relaxation, calm, and clarity.

Come as you are. Just wear something cosy and bring anything that helps you feel comfortable. we recommend a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, eye mask.
