A spring sound bath and a a chance to pause, soften, and reconnect as the season turns. Expect deep rest, gentle grounding, and a nourishing sound journey designed to leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and more at home in your body.
As the pure tones of crystal singing bowls and elemental chimes move through the space, your body naturally begins to soften. Through resonance, sound meets the natural frequencies of your body, helping to release held tension. Through entrainment, your brainwaves gently synchronise with steady rhythms, guiding you into deep states of relaxation, calm, and clarity.
Come as you are. Just wear something cosy and bring anything that helps you feel comfortable. we recommend a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, eye mask.
✨ A welcoming cup of cacao, a gentle plant medicine known for its heart-opening qualities will be available upon arrival.
