Join me on Sunday for a heart-opening crystal sound bath. Sink into the soothing vibrations of a crystal sound bath - designed to help you reconnect, restore, and recharge. Come on your own, with a friend or someone you love.
Yoga mats, cushions, blankets, and eye masks will be provided and the room will be warm and cosy so you can really relax! Your ticket will be sent to you via email, please check your spam folder and ensure you add House of Butterfly to your safe list.
Sound baths are not suitable for individuals with serious heart conditions, pacemakers or anyone prone to seizures. They're also not suitable for women in their first trimester of pregnancy as the frequencies of the bowls can interfere with these conditions. If you have any of these conditions consult a healthcare professional before attending.
