After the success of our sold-out June session, we’re back!
Join me for a deeply restorative evening of rest, resonance and total body and mind reset at The Pilates Centre, Wrexham. You’ll be guided through an immersive sound bath using pure quartz crystal singing bowls and elemental chimes. All designed to soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind and gently bring you back to your natural state of calm.
Come as you are. Just wear something cosy and bring anything that helps you feel comfortable. we recommend a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, eye mask.
✨ A cup of ritual cacao, a gentle plant medicine known for its heart-opening qualities will be available to help you drop even deeper into stillness and connection. If you would prefer not to have one, just opt out when you book your ticket.
